Special Needs Situation

Bi-racial baby boy born 5/28, working to get full medical report but the baby has a brain stem w/ little brain matter (or possibly hydrocephalus), but is not anencephalic. Family should be prepared for significant special needs to as severe as a shortened life span. We need a family to love this little one for as long as the Lord gives him life. The fees charge will just be to cover the court filing fees/ICPC, the attorney has waived her fee completely.
