I am interested in adopting a special needs infant a little girl with DS, Any race I see situations on your site but all cost about 20,000 to 30,000 I am a single stay at home mom to five adopted African American children. I have a current adoptive home study and am a licensed foster care provider for my state (Michigan). Do you get situation where the birth family just wants a good home for there baby, doesn’t need there medicals paid for, or living expenses. I have an agency Catholic Charities of the mid west.

There is an agency in New York that specializes in seeking families for special needs children. Their fees are based on your income and can be as low as $1,000 for the total cost. It’s called Spence-Chapin. They have a waiting babies page, but also you can submit your HS and be on their list. (Spence-Chapin.org)
