I have clients waiting. Waiting to be matched. Waiting for their “match” to be born. Waiting is such a huge part of this journey called adoption. Waiting challenges the heart on so many levels. It challenges the heart to trust. It challenges the heart to rest. Waiting challenges us to lean hard on the Lord when there is nothing in our own strength that we can do change the things before us.

I’m waiting. Waiting with you. Learning to trust with you. Learning to rest with you. Learning to lean on Jesus with you. Learning that He is strong and I am weak, and without Him, I am nothing.

Praying for each of you who are waiting today.

Thank you for your heart for us waiting ones. This wait is very difficult, but to know you are there for us makes it an incredible journey of anticipation. Thank you for walking beside us, or in our case, taking our hand & leading us! I know God is having us wait because He is still forming & making our little one. So now, in the wait, we rest in His arms!

In just the few short weeks we have been working with you, you have taken so much stress off us. Just wish we have been working with you the last year we have been waiting. We might not have been so stressed and the process might not have been so long.
    Thanks for all you do….

Thank you for your prayers! I must say, waiting is neither fun nor easy. We were so spoiled with our first two adoptions–I’m learning a whole new lesson this time around.

Tracie, I can’t even begin to tell how appreciative we are of all the help that you gave us during our wait. I can honestly say that Ellison was worth every single second of the wait! Even during our frustrated moments, we knew that God was creating a perfect angel just for us! Now it is our priviledge to parent and love our little angel! She was definitely worth the wait. Praying for everyone who is still waiting.
