Special Baby Needs a Family

October 4, 2011

African American baby boy, born 9/16/11, during 1st trimester a ventricle became clogged in the brain causing fluid build up and preventing full brain development. The baby has a brain stem and a cerebellum. His diagnosis is hydranencephaly. He is able to take a pacifier and a bottle, responds to being held, and cries. His prognosis is terminal, but he could live up to 2 years. He is currently in the hospital in St Louis MO waiting for an adoptive family so that he can be discharged.

Please email if you are interested in being considered as the adoptive family for this precious baby boy.

Oh Father, have mercy. Send a loving family to hold him close every day he has here on earth. You are the Provider, You know who this child belongs to. Please direct their steps right to him. Cover them with grace and all they need.
